We serve on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 8pm until 1am. Every evening until Saturday 13 March 2027 is fully booked. Requests are now being accepted from Thursday 18 March.

A note on the season Our eggs are gathered from wild peregrines on the morning of service. The menu follows the falcons, and Chef will always serve the finest of the day.
